Shipping and Returns
We always offer FREE Shipping to you on orders over $50. Standard shipping on orders under $50 is $5.99 ( shipping is not refunded if you return the item on an order under $50, only the cost of the item is refunded).
Our biggest goal is to make sure our loyal customers are happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
- You have 14 days from the date of the receipt to return your item for a full refund. You must have written approval for your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, and reason for return/exchange.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, cigarette smoke, body odor, or pet hair will be subject to rejection.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us within 4 days of receiving your package. All unwanted items must be shipped back to us or returned in store within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made. If any items are returned to us outside of this window we will ship the items back at customers expense.
- Local pick up orders must be returned within 14 days of when customer receives text or email stating item is ready for pickup.
- All items purchased at a discount, or in our Final Sale and Last Chance Clearance Sections are Final Sale, and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- All jewelry and hats are final sale and not eligible for return.
- All holiday items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Due to inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges, if you would like a different size in a style you purchased, we recommend repurchasing the new size, and then returning the unwanted size following the instructions here.

If an item is shipped back to us without written approval, or returned in store after the 14 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
