Exchanges & Returns

Our biggest goal is to make sure our loyal customers are happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Exchanges: It's best if you purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out). If we don't have your size to exchange, please reference our return section below. Send us your unwanted item back within 14 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be shipped back to us or returned in store within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made.
Returns: We know buying online can be tough because sometimes things don't fit like you want them to! We understand and want to offer you a return policy that makes you feel comfortable shopping with us! To process a return for a refund, you need to have an account registered with our website. You have 14 days from the date of the receipt to return your item for a full refund. You must have written approval for your return, email us at cs@shoponthegoboutique.com and provide your order number, and reason for return/exchange.  Please also review and complete the return form inside your package with your return.  Items returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, cigarette smoke, body odor, or pet hair will be subject to rejection.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us within 4 days of receiving your package. All unwanted items must be shipped back to us or returned in store within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made.  All items purchased at a discount, or in our Final Sale and Last Chance Clearance Sections are Final Sale, and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.  Local pick up orders must be returned within 14 days of when customer receives text or email stating item is ready for pickup.

If an item is shipped back to us without written approval, or returned in store after the 14 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
