Exchanges & Returns
Our biggest goal is to make sure our loyal customers are happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Exchanges: It's best if you purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out). If we don't have your size to exchange, please reference our return section below. Send us your unwanted item back within 20 days to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 20 day window, no exceptions will be made. We ask that you account for at least 5 days transit time for your return shipment, to ensure your item will be returned in time.
Returns: We know buying online can be tough because sometimes things don't fit like you want them to! We understand and want to offer you a return policy that makes you feel comfortable shopping with us! To process a return for a refund, you need to have an account registered with our website. You have 20 days from the date of the receipt to return your item for a full refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, and reason for return/exchange. This serves as your notification to return the item to us, and we know to look out for your return package on our end. Please also include your name and order number in your return package. The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear of damage). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. All unwanted items must be received within the 20 day window, no exceptions will be made. We ask that you account for at least 5 days transit time for your return shipment, to ensure your item will be returned in time. All items in Sale and Last Chance Clearance Sections are Final Sale, and not eligible for return.
